Refund policy
We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you’ve received your order and simply decide it’s not for you, we’re unable to take it back.
What we do stand behind is performance.
If you’ve given the products a proper run and aren’t seeing the results you expected, we’ve got you covered with our 30-Day Results Guarantee.
Here’s what we ask:
- Take a clear “before” photo prior to starting
- Track your progress with weekly photos
- Use the products consistently for at least 30 days
- If something doesn’t feel right along the way, reach out — we’ll help you get the most out of your routine
To lodge a claim:
Send your time-stamped photos through to info@thebareskullco.com.au
If approved, we’ll refund your order to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Damaged or Faulty Products
If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Email info@thebareskullco.com.au with your order number and a couple of photos, and we’ll sort it quickly — either a replacement or refund, no hassle.
